Help, and how to reach us.

Requirements
Apple silicon Mac · macOS 14.4 or later · free, about 3.7 GB of models on disk. The full page has every figure.
The words are not landing where my cursor is
Check System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility and make sure Mythral is on. If it is on and the words still only reach the clipboard in one particular app, tell us which app; a few web-based apps need the paste route and we keep a list.
Only my side of the meeting is transcribed
Computer audio needs Screen Recording permission, which macOS applies after a relaunch. Allow it in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording, then quit and reopen the app. Headphones make no difference; the audio is captured before it reaches them.
My Google or Outlook calendar does not show
Add the account in System Settings › Internet Accounts with Calendars turned on. The app reads whatever Apple Calendar has. There is no sign-in inside the app.
Telling us something
The quickest way is the feedback form: type it, send it, done. No account.
Reporting a problem
In the app, choose Help › Report a Problem. It opens the feedback form with the app and macOS versions filled in, and shows you a diagnostics report in Finder that you can attach if you want to. The report lists app events, counts, and your macOS and app versions; it never contains what you said or typed. Only we read what you send.
Uninstalling
Quit Mythral from the menu bar, then drag it from Applications to the Trash. That leaves the models behind: 3.7 to 5 GB in ~/Library/Application Support/Mythral, along with your meetings and dictations. To remove them too, open Finder, choose Go › Go to Folder, paste ~/Library/Application Support, and drag the Mythral folder to the Trash. Updates are tied to the app, so nothing else needs undoing. The permissions you gave stay listed in System Settings › Privacy & Security; remove them there if you like.
Deleting your data
Everything is on your Mac. Delete individual items in the app, or everything in Settings › Your data › Erase everything. Dragging the app to the Trash and removing ~/Library/Application Support/Mythral leaves nothing behind, anywhere.
