Using Mythral in an organization requires a Teams license. On a Mac managed by your organization, meeting notes need a license after the 30-day pilot; dictation stays free.
How to buy
- PilotThirty days, free, with the people and Macs you choose. IT deploys it with your MDM.
- Order formOne page: seats, term, billing contact. We fill in your vendor forms and security questionnaire.
- Annual invoicePaid by card or bank transfer, on your payment terms where we can.
- License keySent once the invoice is paid. IT adds it to the configuration profile; nothing else to install.
- RenewalOnce a year, IT confirms the seat count and we adjust the invoice.

Questions
How is a license checked if nothing is sent to you?
On the Mac. Your license key is signed by us and pushed by IT in the configuration profile. The app checks the signature and the dates itself, with no account and no license server.
How do we pay?
By annual invoice, card or bank transfer. Once it is paid we send the license key for your profile.
How are seats counted?
By your own count. We can't see installs and don't try to. At renewal, IT confirms how many people use it; each Mac's status file helps.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
Dictation keeps working for everyone. On Macs your organization manages, meeting notes ask for a license until one is in the profile.
What happens if we don't renew?
Your data stays where it always was, on your Macs. Meeting notes on managed Macs ask for a license again.
